My name is Rebecca Elston (MSc), and I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and ecological therapist. I am based just outside Nottingham, in the village of Radcliffe-On-Trent.

Start your journey.

Whether you have a specific issue that you would like to explore, are dealing with something longer term that is becoming difficult to manage, or would like to understand yourself more deeply, psychotherapy can be a valuable resource.

About me

My training is in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Ecotherapy, and I obtained my MSc in TA from Middlesex University.

In my work, I believe that in order to support wellness for individuals in the world, we need to account for the physical, cultural and social environments in which we live, as well as the individual mind and body. It is important to me that the therapeutic relationship is respectful, and I strive to honour equity and autonomy.

My areas of interest are ecology, intersectionality, neurodivergence, and working with the body.

How therapy can help

Therapy can be a beneficial experience for most people by taking time dedicated to yourself, your own growth and self-understanding. By developing a better understanding of yourself, your patterns and how you relate to the world around you, the possibility of choice becomes available. Therapy can be shorter term to work through a specific issue, or longer term, we can decide what is right for you together.

If you feel that therapy is right for you, I’d love to welcome you.
