I am passionate about providing spaces for self exploration, the below includes offering of group therapy, online training, and in person experiential retreats and workshops.
Online Process Therapy Group

Running for 12 weeks, this therapy group will offer an opportunity to explore how we experience who we are in a group setting, and in turn how we relate to others.
We will meet online for 2 hours per week and use this space to explore what emerges in the group.

Online Neuroaffirmative Therapy Group

This 12 week therapy group is specifically intended as a safe and exploratory environment or this who are neurodivergent to explore their process and bring their full selves (those who are self diagnosed / self identifying are welcome).
We will meet online for 2 hours per week and use this space to explore what emerges in the group.

Summer Retreat 2024

Working along side my college John Fleming from Becoming You, this retreat is aimed at participants who wish to develop a deeper understanding of themselves in relationship with others, and nature.
Onsite camping is available this year.
